General Terms and Conditions

§1 Validity
For all your purchase orders over the web-site "syra living" only the following terms and conditions are valid, in the release at your purchase. Deviating agreements are only valid, after our written endorsement.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
1. Our offers are steady and revocable till the point of the conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded after a written order approval from our side. You will receive an order approval via e-mail.

2. A contract will be concluded through the filling of the electronically order sheet on the web-site through the client himself or his replacement, in the understanding of the customer

3. The delivered goods stay in the property of syra living till the complete payment of the purchasing price and all other outstanding bills from the current business relations.

§ 3 Prices
Our Prices for deliveries in Germany include the recent sales tax of 19 % plus the freight costs.

§4 Freight costs
We deliver all articles with DHL (Post) and insured. Please check at the receiving of the goods if the items are damaged or if damages in transport are occurred.

§ 5 Payment
1. Payments for Germany
Attached to the invoice you will find a pre-filled remittance slip. Please pay the invoice within 10 days. Is the time of payment exceeded accrued interests and dunning costs are charged. In case you gave us a direct debit authorization for your bank account we will debit the amount from there. The authorization stays valid for further invoices, but it can be withdrawn at any time. We will debit your account after the delivery. The direct debit authorization can only be executed for an account (GIRO) at a bank institute located in Germany. Orders from new customers above 100,00 € we will serve with cash on delivery (at the moment Euro 5,60 extra charge) or after prepayment. We also take the right to ask for prepayment under other circumstances.

2. Deliveries to countries in the European Union (EU)
For deliveries in member countries of the EU the sales tax of 19 % is valid. For payment from foreign bank institutes in the EU no extra charges will be taken, if you use the below provided IBAN- and SWIFT-Code of our bank institute. In case you do not use these codes our account will be credited minus 7,00 Euros from your bank and we will charge this amount back from you; if you do not transfer the money from a German bank.

Purchase orders from abroad will only process after prepayment of the amount. Please wait for our invoice.

3. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union
For purchase orders outside the EU we will reduce the invoice amount for the German sales tax. You will have to pay your local import sales tax. With the invoice you will receive a certified declaration of origin and a customs declaration with all relevant information.

§ 6 Instruction of cancellation and right of return
Your satisfaction is the highest goal for our success. We put the highest effort in the selection of the products, the taking of the pictures and of the product descriptions. Despite these efforts it can happen that you do not like an article. In that circumstance you have the right of return in the timeframe of two weeks by sending the article back to us in its original packaging. This timeframe starts with the receiving of the goods and these instructions. For adhere to this time limit the on time return of the goods is valid. The return has to go to the following address: syra living, Darfelderstr. 71, 48366 Laer, Germany.

§ 7 Events after the return
In the case of an effective cancellation the delivered services between the business partners also have to be returned and the, if applicable, advantages of a use, also has to be returned. Following that a reimbursement can be applicable in case that the goods are returned in bad quality. Avoid this possible reimbursement by not using the goods, if you want to return them and that you avoid every action which could damage the articles. The costs of return are taken by us.

§ 8 Data privacy
For the order processing we store your address and your order related data. We commit our self to sustainable protection of your data according to the German Data Protection Act. Furthermore we ensure that we do not hand over your address data to third parties.
To all of our delivery contracts, even in cases which are going abroad, i.e. purchases from or deliveries in foreign countries, the German Law is applicable.

§ 9 Place of execution and jurisdiction
The place of execution for all debts out of the delivery business and the place of jurisdiction for all disputes out of this business is Steinfurt, Germany.

§ 10 Invalidity of single articles
In the case that single articles of these terms and conditions are or will become invalid, the validity of the remaining once is untouched.
